Our teachers at Star School come from all sorts of backgrounds and even a few different countries, but there is one thing they all have in common: the desire to teach children how to love learning.

We believe that if we can instill a love of learning at an early age, the sky is the limit for our kids. We don’t teach them math simply so they know what four times four equals. We teach them math so they grow in their problem solving and critical thinking skills, which will soon enough help them navigate the world as adults. We don’t teach English so that they can get all the answers right on the test, but so they can thrive amongst international communities and networks as they advocate for Rwanda on those stages.
